Minutes of the Organizational Town Board Meeting held Monday, January 2, 2006, at 4:00 PM, at the Keene Town Hall. The following Town Board Members were present: William B. Ferebee, Supervisor, Paul R. Martin (arrived late), Robert M. Biesemeyer and Lawrence Jaques, Members of Council. Absent: Marcy Neville, Member of Council. Also present: Paula McDonough, Office Manager and Ellen S. Estes, Town Clerk.

The Chairman, Mr. Ferebee, called the meeting to order at 4:07 PM.

The Town Board adopted Resolutions No. 1 - 06 through 9 - 06 and 11 - 06 through 50 - 06. These resolutions, in their entirety, are attached to and made a part of these minutes. (Resolution No. 10 - 06 was tabled at this time.)

Mr. Martin arrived at 4:26 PM.

Mr. Jaques said it was brought to his attention while campaigning that there is a business in Town selling transfer station punch cards in exchange for free tipping fees for their trash, while another business sells tickets for nothing.
It was unanimously agreed upon that the Supervisor speak to the business owner receiving free tipping fees to see how he feels about continuing to sell tickets while paying tipping fees.

Resolution No. 51 - 06
Mr. Ferebee offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that all business having been transacted, this meeting be adjourned. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Biesemeyer.
