Minutes of the Organizational Town Board Meeting held Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at 5:30 PM, at the Keene Town Hall.  The following Town Board Members were present:  William B. Ferebee, Supervisor, Paul R. Martin, Marcy A. Neville and Lawrence Jaques, Members of Council.  Absent:  Robert M. Biesemeyer, Member of Council.  Also present:  Ellen Estes, Town Clerk.

The Chairman, Mr. Ferebee, called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

Resolutions No. 1 – 10 through 50 – 10

The Town Board reviewed and adopted Resolutions No. 1 – 10 through 50 – 10.  These resolutions, in their entirety, are attached to and made a part of these minutes.

The following discussion occurred during this review:

Resolution No. 17 – 10

Mr. Martin suggested having Ms. Hall review the historical inventory at the Archives at the Keene Library.  He said he would like to see dates and times set for the public to visit the archives.

Resolution No. 51 – 10

Ms. Neville offered a resolution and moved its adoption.  Be it resolved, that all business having been transacted, this meeting be adjourned.  This resolution was seconded by Mr. Ferebee.
