Notes from the Bid Opening held Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at 10:00 AM, at the Keene Town Hall.  The following individuals were present:  Bruce Reed, Highway Superintendent, Ellen Estes, Town Clerk and Doug West. 

The Bid Opening for screened road sand began at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Reed opened and read aloud the following two bids:

            J-Mar Construction Co. Inc. bid the delivered price at $7.87 per cubic yard

            Doug West bid the delivered price at $8.29 per cubic yard

Mr. Reed said he would take the bid to the Town Board Meeting tonight to have them accepted and have the bid awarded.

The Bid Opening adjourned at 10:03 AM.
