Minutes of the Public Hearing held Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at 6:45 PM, at the Keene Town Hall. The following Town Board Members were present: William B. Ferebee, Supervisor, Paul R. Martin, Robert M. Biesemeyer, Marcy A. Neville and Lawrence Jaques, Members of Council. Also present: Bruce Reed, Highway Superintendent and Ellen Estes, Town Clerk.

The Chairman, Mr. Ferebee, called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM saying the purpose of this Public Hearing was to present a proposed local law for public comment.

He said this law, Local Law #1 of 2010, is to establish a date for the meeting of the Board of Assessment Review. Mr. Ferebee read through the law.

There were no comments or questions.

The hearing was left open for comment until 7:00 PM, through which time 3 or 4 individuals arrived, still there were no comments or questions.

The hearing was closed at 7:00 PM.
