Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting held Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at 6:30 PM, at the Keene Town Hall. The following Town Board Members were present: William B. Ferebee, Supervisor, Paul R. Martin, Robert M. Biesemeyer and Marcy A. Neville, Members of Council. Absent: Lawrence Jaques, Member of Council. Also present were: 2 residents, Bruce Reed, Highway Superintendent and Ellen S. Estes, Town Clerk.

Mr. Ferebee called the meeting to order saying that Christine Francis had dropped off designs for the proposed Holt House Project for the Board to review.

The Board looked over the drawings.

Ms. Neville made the observation that she liked the design that had the handicapped ramp entering the front porch from the north. By the responses, it seemed everyone agreed.

There was not much discussion and didn’t appear to be any questions or comments.

Resolution No. 102 – 09

Mr. Ferebee offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, with no further questions or comments, this meeting be adjourned. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Biesemeyer.
