Minutes of the Annual Audit of Officers and Employees held Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at 6:30 PM, at the Keene Town Hall. The following Town Board Members were present: William B. Ferebee, Supervisor, Paul R. Martin, Robert M. Biesemeyer, Marcy A. Neville and Lawrence Jaques, Members of Council. Also present were: Bruce Reed, Highway Superintendent, Wendy Reynolds, Clerk to the Supervisor and Ellen Estes, Town Clerk.

The Chairman, Mr. Ferebee, called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

Mr. Ferebee said that Connie Hickey couldn’t be here tonight but had submitted a report saying if there were any questions the Board could contact her with them.

He also said there were copies of Donna Austin’s and Ellen Estes’ reports for everyone.

Kent Wells’ went first showing his books and handed out copies of his report to the Board.

The Board audited Wendy Reynolds’ books for the Supervisor’s Office and Ellen Estes’ books for the Town Clerk’s Office.

Resolution No. 53 – 09

Mr. Ferebee offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that the audits performed by the Town Board on the books of Kent Wells, Wendy Reynolds and Ellen Estes be accepted for the Annual Audit for 2008. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Martin.

Resolution No. 54 – 09

Mr. Jaques offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that the Reports of Annual Audit for Constance Hickey, Kent Wells, Donna Austin and Ellen Estes be accepted as submitted. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Ferebee.
