Notes from the Bid Opening on the Holt House Rehabilitation Project, held Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 12:00 Noon. The following individuals were present: William B. Ferebee, Lauren Murphy, Christine Francis, Ellen Estes, and 4 Construction Company representatives.

Mr. Ferebee opened the following 3 bid proposals:

Jameson General Construction - $157,950.00

Breadloaf Construction - 199,000.00

Larry Blanchard Construction - 163,398.00

Mr. Ferebee and Ms. Murphy discussed dates and those present were informed that they would hear back following the Town Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 27^th.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:04 PM.
