Notes of the bid opening held Monday, March 16, 2009, at 9:00 AM, at the Keene Town Hall.  The following individuals were present:  Bruce Reed, Highway Superintendent, Wendy Reynolds, Clerk to the Supervisor and Ellen Estes, Town Clerk.

 

The opening began at 9:02 AM.

 

3 bids were received as the result of the request for surplus bids advertised for the Town’s 2002 F-250 Ford Pickup w/plow and a 14 foot Midatlantic Trailer.

 

The following bids were received for the pickup:

            Ryan Hall                    - $1,552.53

            Mark Jerry & Co.       -   1,626.00

 

The following was the only bid received for the trailer:

            Richard Hall               - $ 50.27

 

The results of these bids will be presented to the Town Board at the next Town Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, march 24th, 2009.
