Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting held Thursday, October 26, 2006, at 3:45 PM, at the Keene Town Hall. The following Town Board Members were present: William B. Ferebee, Supervisor, Paul R. Martin, Robert M. Biesemeyer, Marcy A. Neville and Lawrence Jaques, Members of Council. Also present were:
Ryan Estes and Ellen Estes, Town Clerk.

The Chairman, Mr. Ferebee, called the Special Meeting to order asking the Town Board Members to sign the 48 hour Waivers of Notice of Special Meeting necessary for an emergency meeting to be called. These notices are attached to and made a part of these minutes, along with the Posting of Notice as supplied by the Supervisor, which was placed on the Town Clerk’s signboard.

Resolution No. 211 – 06
Mr. Jaques offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that the Town Board enter into Executive Session regarding personnel. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Martin.

Mr. Martin: Yes
Mr. Biesemeyer: Yes
Ms. Neville: Yes
Mr. Jaques: Yes

The Town Board entered Executive Session at 3:46 PM.

Resolution No. 212 – 06
Mr. Martin offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that the Town Board reconvene into regular session. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Jaques.

Mr. Biesemeyer: Yes
Ms. Neville: Yes
Mr. Jaques: Yes

The Town Board reconvened into regular session at 4:28 PM.

Mr. Jaques offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that all business having been transacted, this meeting be adjourned. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Biesemeyer.
