The Chairman, Mr. Martin, called the meeting to order at 5:32 PM explaining this meeting was for the purpose of submittal of the 2011 Tentative Budget from the Town Clerk to the Town Board.

Resolution No. 189 - 10
Mr. Jaques offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that the Town Board accept the 2011 Tentative Budget as presented and filed by the Town Clerk. This resolution was seconded by Ms. Neville.

The Supervisor prepared and left for the Town Board a list of the gross wages collected by each man (identified by a number, not a name) on the highway crew for 2009.
Mr. Jaques said this was not what he had asked for. He said he is looking for the gross wages for all Town Officials and Employees, listed by name and how many hours are worked.
Ms. Neville agreed that she would like to see this too.
Mr. Biesemeyer arrived at his time.
Indicating the total gross wages of the highway, Mr. Jaques said he wanted to know all the areas this figure comes from working.
Mrs. Estes said that not too much of it at all comes from the general fund.
Mr. Jaques said he wanted names, wages and hours worked for all personnel.

Mrs. Estes gave the Board a letter of request from Nan Amstutz on behalf of Little Peaks. The Board will look this over and discuss it at next week's meeting.

Mr. Jaques offered a resolution and moved its adoption. Be it resolved, that with all business having been transacted, this meeting be adjourned. This resolution was seconded by Mr. Biesemeyer.
