Notes from the Bid Opening held Wednesday, October 31, 2007, at 3:00 PM, at the Keene Town Hall. The following individuals were present: William B. Ferebee, Supervisor, Bruce Reed, Highway Superintendent, Paula McDonough, Clerk to the Supervisor, Mike Bessette, Fuller Construction Representative and Ellen Estes, Town Clerk.

The meeting began at 3:03 PM.

Mr. Ferebee opened the following bid, the only bid received for the Water District #2 Emergency Project:

Fuller Construction Co. @ $60,650.00
